Jeunesse evening concert

They are celebrated youngsters on their instruments and yet have been playing together in a string quartet for seven years: the four musicians of Quartissimo are among the most promising rising stars of the young classical music scene and have been honoured with numerous first prizes - from "prima la musica" to the "Goldene Note". On their Jeunesse tour, they present classics of the genre: Johannes Brahms' intense A minor Quartet op. 51, the autobiographically stirring eighth string quartet by Dmitri Shostakovich and Erwin Schulhoff's aphoristically poignant Five Pieces.
