Children's rights action day

20 November is International Children's Rights Day. This is the day on which the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted in 1989. Children and young people are particularly vulnerable and affected by global disasters and crises. Standing up for a future worth living for young people worldwide, giving them a voice and raising awareness is a task for society as a whole. The Innsbruck "Children's Rights Action Day" on Saturday, 18 November 2023 will therefore focus on children and young people. Visitors can find out about the rights of children and young people at various stands. Children, young people (and adults) can experience children's rights in a playful way in hands-on activities.
