Development - Elke Krismer

Around the development of the individual / society in the sense of the further development of the person, the detachment from old / outdated or from other people / circumstances and dealing with influences / events from the outside have the object series "metamorphosis" and "entanglements / developments" as a theme.
The process of development is made to be experienced differently in the series. Dynamically curved glass objects are combined with other materials. In the individual phases of development, the use of the different materialein with their respective properties emphasizes the process and individuality.
The artist incorporates the play of light and shadow - including the philosophical component - as a fourth dimension in the design of almost all works.
