Innsbruck Early Music Festival - Lamento mirabile

Founded in 1982, the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, or Akamus for short, is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Reason enough to invite the orchestra to its anniversary in the Riesensaal of the Innsbruck Hofburg. Here, together with the wonderful Roberta Mameli, it will perform a programme centred on three large lamento scenes introduced and linked by instrumental interludes.
