Measuring Wilten Finissage: Celebrating Wilten.

Surveying a neighbourhood, walking through it and questioning it. Tracing its spaces and structures. Interweaving stories and narratives. Photographing, recording, rubbing and flavouring Wilten. Together with residents and users, the Innsbruck district of Wilten was traced. What does Wilten sound like? How does it taste? What do people associate with the place, which paths do they take and which real and fictitious boundaries do they cross in the process? Wilten vermessen was an open invitation to everyone to experience the place in a new way, to enter into dialogue with it and with others.

Celebrating Wilten. The different elements of Wilten vermessen are brought together. Gathered in one room, new axes and perspectives are found. The joint explorations are made tangible. The space in the centre of the district is opened up and invited to celebrate together.
