Garden of hope - Kids theatre
In the new children's theatre piece "The Garden of Hope", three very different girls meet in a seemingly deserted place: Viva - curious and optimistic, Nina - loud and sarcastic, and Felia - quiet, sensitive and clear. What do they have in common? The search for something that many have lost: Hope.
Among withered plants, grey fabrics and old conflicts, a journey begins that transforms not only the garden, but also their hearts. With humour, depth and lots of questions for the young audience, the three explore why hope sometimes disappears - through arguments, loneliness, separation, bullying or being online all the time - and how it can grow again: through courage, listening, honesty, trust and community.
"The Garden of Hope" is more than just a theatre play. It is a participatory play in which children are invited to share their thoughts, find creative solutions and sow hope themselves - literally.
Accompanied by plenty of humour, lively dialogue, music and moving moments, the play shows how conflict can lead to reconciliation, how vulnerability can become strength - and that there is something greater that carries when all else is silent. Some call it faith. Others the spark.
A play for children, families and school classes - and for everyone who believes that grey can become colourful again.
