"GewissensBISS": The interactive exhibition on food waste

"GewissensBISS" touring exhibition stops off in Innsbruck
Experience sustainability: The interactive exhibition on food waste
How much food ends up in the garbage can? What impact does our consumer behavior have on people and the environment?
The interactive traveling exhibition "GewissensBISS" by Tafel Österreich invites school classes and interested parties to explore the topics of food waste and sustainable consumption. The exhibition combines facts with interactive experiences and encourages critical reflection on the value of food. Multimedia stations give visitors a new perspective on the connections between consumption, resource consumption and social responsibility.
