Mimi Schmid and Anna Widauer are more of a band than a vocal ensemble. They form their songs with their very personal instruments - minimalistically. Their unmistakable, multi-faceted voices are at the centre of all their pieces. Folky, experimental songs sung in heartbreaking two-part harmony in English, German and Tyrolean dialect. Unpolished and yet tender, they plant their stories and thoughts directly into the heart. Mad About Lemon present their fresh programme. Mad About Lemon released their debut album Hunger & Pleasure in 2022. Snow From Yesterday (Manu Delago ft. Mad About Lemon) was released in 2024, for which the Tyrolean composer and percussionist Manu Delago brought the vocal ensemble on board. Manu Delago and Mad About Lemon have been touring Europe with this programme since February 2024.
