Tirol Milch spring run

Register, join in, choose your distance of running spontaniously between 2.7km, 5km, 9.6km, 14.7km and 21.1km. The 22nd TirolMilch Spring Run will take place on April 6, 2024 from 1 p.m. with start and finishing point at the market square in Innsbruck. Your inner well-being determines your running pace. Pace runners from Team Gelenkpunkt will give you accompany for the distances of 10 and 21.1 km (from 4 1/2 to 6 minutes).
