24. TirolMilch Spring Run

Register, join the run, and choose your distance spontaneously.
The 24th TirolMilch Spring Run is known as th traditional kickoff to the Tyrolean running season. Participants can choose from five distances between 3 and 21 km; no official timing, your heartbeat is your pacemaker. For those searching for orientation we will send pacemakers on the course.
This Green Event Tyrol on April 11, 2026, will once again be accompanied by an exciting supporting program. Details will be available at the beginning of the year at www.innsbrucklaeuft.com
The start and finish lines are located at the market square in Innsbruck.
Schedule for April 11, 2026:
2:30 p.m., official opening ceremony
2:45 p.m., warm-up with Happy Fitness
3:00 p.m., start for all distances
Travel: As a Green Event Tyrol travelling to and from the startingline is free for all participants, check your VVT event ticket after you wnet through online-registration.
