BONSAI - world premiere by Angela Ginestet

A woman unexpectedly receives a bonsai tree as a gift. At first, everything goes well, but then she begins to develop an increasingly deep relationship with the plant and neglects her friendships and contacts with those around her. The situation comes to a head when the bonsai begins to lose its leaves. It gets to the point where she lives with her little tree, empathises with it and adapts completely to its needs. What those around her perceive as worrying leads her to fulfil her purpose in life.
