Bridge Beat Festival Innsbruck

The BRIDGE BEAT FESTIVAL takes place from July 16-18 on the forecourt of the Landestheater and, once again, turns Innsbruck into a stage for musical and cultural encounters in 2026. The festival builds bridges between people, generations, cities, and cultures – right in the city, with free admission and a clear stance.

Over several days, regional roots and international perspectives come together: A finely curated music program, assembled by the Tyrolean musician and producer Marc Hess, who with his many years of experience ensures the right tone with a lot of sensitivity. The selection of acts artistically and creatively expresses the theme of ‘building bridges.’ Musically, visitors can look forward to “crossover” – a blend of indie, jazz, pop, blues, folk, and world music, in dialects, mother tongues, and in English. The festival will be moderated by Michael Klieber.

A special highlight is the BRIDGE BEAT BRUNCH in the Hofgarten (daily 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.): In a relaxed atmosphere, selected acts will provide a musical preview of the evening program already in the morning. Approachable, low-threshold, and intergenerational, the brunch invites attendees to experience the festival vibe – on picnic blankets, in deck chairs, and accompanied by small culinary offerings.
