The Polish resistance group in Innsbruck Marian and Stefan Kudera and Adam K

Marian and Stefan Kudera from Mysłowice in Silesia studied medicine and pharmacy in Innsbruck. In 1943, they founded a resistance group against the Nazi regime, which included Polish forced laborers and residents of Innsbruck. After the group was betrayed to the Gestapo in February 1944, the Kudera brothers were brutally tortured in Herrengasse and
murdered in the Dachau concentration camp on July 19. The group around Leokadia Justman also came into contact with the resistance group, in particular Adam Kamiński and
Zdzisław Wojtala. On this evening, researchers from the Justman Project will speak publicly for the first time with descendants of survivors of the Polish resistance group in Innsbruck.
