We’re transforming the theater stage into a movie theater—Theater praesent becomes *kino*praesent!
In cooperation with LEOKINO, we’ll be screening films once a month under the label >replay—films that are thematically linked to our current plays or selected masterpieces that we’re showing again—for everyone who hasn’t seen them yet or wants to see them again.
We also host entertaining and wonderful film nights in collaboration with other cultural initiatives to broaden the scope of discourse.

At 92, the fun-loving, German-born New Yorker Eleanor—an interior designer and real estate icon—falls in love with a 22-year-old man. She undergoes cosmetic surgery, refuses to believe she will die, and certainly doesn’t make a will. What begins as a film about an unusual couple becomes a humorous homage to a colorful, crazy life, to old age, and to the freedom and independence of an unconventional woman.
