Grinchy Advent "What does that mean?"

The singing circle "Singkreis" of Grinzens invites you to its 39th traditional Advent singing on the first Sunday of Advent, November 30, 2025, at 5 p.m. in the parish church of Grinzens.

This year's focus is on the shepherds, who were the first witnesses to the birth of Jesus. What do the shepherds represent? They are poor, frugal people on the margins of society. And yet they are very caring people who tend their animals and look after the weak and injured. Under the title “What does this mean?”, we explore the theme in terms of both content and music. A short shepherds' play rounds off the event.

In addition to the singing circle "Singkreis" of Grinzens, the Klangharmonie group, brass players from the BMK Grinzens, narrator Anita Löffler, and children and young people as shepherds will also be participating.

Afterwards, all listeners are invited to a cozy get-together with Kiachl, mulled wine, punch, and other delicacies.
