Indie rock meets Törggelen - KOAN AKKU

On October 26, 2025, the Tyrolean dialect rock duo KOAN AKKU will bring their unique blend of indie rock, post-rock, and spoken word in the Tyrolean dialect to Waltherpark. With energetic guitar sounds, profound lyrics, and palpable intensity, they take the audience on a journey between melancholy and new beginnings.

After a celebrated summer performance at Waltherpark, the band is now returning with its full live lineup to the annual Törggelen at Vogelweide – as an atmospheric conclusion to the active summer season of the Waltherpark cultural initiative. The evening will be accompanied by roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, and genuine heart energy.

With their debut EP “Von Flammen ins Licht” (From Flames into Light), KOAN AKKU present energetic dialect indie rock: a guitar sound with depth, dialect spoken vocals and progressive elements that tell of inner turmoil, letting go and new beginnings. Live, this becomes an emotional journey – a concert that gets under your skin and invites you to “feel it”.
