Chamber Concert | Universitätsorchester Innsbruck

The chamber orchestra and various ensembles from the orchestra will present masterpieces from three centuries, from Baroque to Romanticism.
The program includes Johann Sebastian Bach's brilliant and contrapuntally sophisticated Third Brandenburg Concerto and Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy's youthful and lively Octet for Strings, as well as Antonio Vivaldi's Oboe Concerto in C major, in which the orchestra accompanies Tyrolean oboist Simon Wachter, and works by Josef Haydn, Antonín Dvořák, and Carl Maria von Weber.
