Recital based on Goethe's ‘Italian Journey’

The recital bears the title of Goethe's poem of the same name. The programme includes songs by F. Schubert, R. Schumann, F. Mendelssohn-Bartholdy and others, as well as texts from Goethe's ‘Italian Journey’. Tyrol has always been a place of transition between German and Italian culture. The almost two-year Italian journey of the universal genius Johann Wolfgang von Goethe is an expression of a deep longing for Italian culture and has inspired generations of artists.
