Children's theater: Guten Tag, liebe Nacht (from 3)

The imaginative Mr Day could rave for hours about all the wonderful things about sunshine, so much does he love the beauty of flowers and the singing of birds. He is particularly good at telling playful adventure stories, in which he is usually the hero. But when evening falls, he clings to his torch – because he is afraid of the dark. Then Mr Day meets the friendly Mrs Night. As she gently shows him her world, he is able to overcome his fear and discovers that there are many fascinating things to discover in the frightening and unfamiliar darkness. A play about marvelling at and enjoying the things that are actually always there for us to see, if only we are willing to look and listen.
