Klang der Natur - music and literature
An event as part of the Innsbruck Nature Film Festival Music and literature come together in a carefully curated programme that focuses on nature as a source of artistic inspiration.
Young pianists from the Tyrolean State Conservatory, conducted by the internationally renowned Duo d'Accord, interpret works by Frédéric Chopin, Béla Bartók, Claude Debussy, Paul Hindemith, Fazıl Say and Franz Liszt. The compositions range from romantic introspection to impressionistic soundscapes and expressive forces of nature.
The programme is complemented by literary texts by authors such as Charles Baudelaire, Ingeborg Bachmann, Mascha Kaléko and Âşık Veysel. Actor Thomas Lackner lends them a special atmospheric dimension with his linguistic presence and depth. Music and words combine to create an impressive overall experience that makes nature sensually and emotionally tangible. Klang der Natur sees itself as a stage for young talent and an invitation to encounter nature with keen perception and artistic openness.
In cooperation with the Innsbruck Nature Film Festival, Innsbruck Tourism and the Tyrolean State Conservatory, the event is organised by students of the Master's programme in Sports, Culture and Event Management at the Kufstein University of Applied Sciences Tyrol.
