loops of belonging (Tanzperformance)

“loops of belonging” explores the shifting notion of home as an embodied, ever-evolving condition. Through movement, sound and scenography, the piece creates a dialogue between tradition and transformation. Bodies merge with a fragmented living room set – a deconstructed ‘stube’ – that becomes a metaphor for fluid identity. Echoes of folk imagery, checked patterns and organic forms blend with electronic sound textures. Humour, fragility and resistance intertwine, revealing belonging as an act of motion rather than a fixed idea.
