Easterfestival- 40 locations 2026 - Katharina Troger

The Tyrolean Easter Festival traditionally begins during Lent with the ‘40 Locations’. From Ash Wednesday to Holy Saturday, a different location between Wattens, Hall and Innsbruck is visited every day – except Sundays – at 3 pm. Young and established Tyrolean artists create 30-minute pockets of pause, encounter and reflection. Alongside music, there are short textual prompts. Art as a retreat: it aims to breathe new life into utopia and harmony within the harsh spaces of our society.
