Easter grave

The religious custom of erecting a Holy Sepulchre in Catholic churches dates back to the early Middle Ages. The Easter Tomb in the parish church of Mutters can be visited from Holy Saturday to Easter Monday. Characteristic of the Easter tombs are the many lights burning behind glass spheres filled with different coloured water.
