Positive Futures Festival with Brighde Chaimbeul and "Music Beyond Boundaries"

Brìghde Chaimbeul is a leading force in Celtic experimental music and a master of the Scottish smallpipes. Her music, deeply rooted in language and culture, creates trance-like atmospheres with the rich, textured drones of the instrument. The album Sunwise combines ambient, avant-garde, and electronic influences—haunting, captivating, and breathtakingly beautiful. At PFF with live visuals by Jonny Ashworth & John Smith.

Music is a paradox: it connects, shifts perspectives, provides comfort, and even overcomes barriers. But where are its limits? The motto “Empathy over Opinion” has shaped the Positive Futures Festival since 2023. Over 40 underrepresented artists, far removed from the mainstream, were invited to participate. The festival offered an impressive variety of sounds: psychedelic pop, dancehall, UK bass, Ugandan folk music with extreme metal tendencies, modern dancefloor, experimental hip hop, and much more.
