The dance production Rausch brings three short choreographies to the Main Stage: The Anglo-Swiss choreographer Ihsan Rustem has created a Boléro that has already sparked rapturous applause on numerous international stages and tells a tongue-in-cheek, whimsical tale of love and lust. In her world premiere Unfamiliar Connections , created for the TLT, Italian choreographer Francesca Frassinelli explores how we physically and mentally navigate different situations, while French choreographer Julian Nicosia focuses on the “in-between” as a state between extremes in his new creation. Thus, the three guest choreographers create an energetic and powerful evening with distinct styles for the TLT dance ensemble.
