Tirol Läuft

We want to bring the whole of Tyrol (running) together: the Laufwerkstatt has set itself the task of giving everyone a new quality of life through exercise. Diversity and variety are the focus of our events to rediscover the joy of movement, without any pressure to perform. With the "Tirol läuft" exercise initiative, we want to appeal to all the senses in a variety of ways and invite everyone - whether beginner or professional - to become part of our running community. During event time will be offered different competitions: the popular Tiroler Frauenlauf, the Kinderlauf for our youngest ones and the 10er & half-marathon for the ambitous.

Back on the program this year: the AllTogetherRun. An inclusive run for ALL and everyone should feel welcome. For people from the LGBTQIA+ community, people with physical and/or mental disabilities or mothers/fathers with baby carriages, Tirol is running together this year. Take part without any pressure to score.
