Women's run

The Tirol läuft Frauenlauf is the ideal running event for female runners of all experience levels, bringing together sports enthusiasts in three different disciplines: 5 km Running, 5 km Nordic Walking, and 5 km Walking. The Frauenlauf is distinguished by its diversity: mothers and daughters, friends, schoolgirls, university students, club and corporate groups come together to run in a colorful and dynamic environment. Since everything is twice as much fun when done together, there's also the option to start as a team. The largest groups stand to win attractive prizes and the fastest teams as well as individual runners in each age category will also be awarded. The supporting program for the 14th Tirol läuft Frauenlauf already starts on Friday and includes many more highlights.
