TLT Series Marathon: My Brilliant Friend

A veritable marathon of girlfriends will enliven the [K2] from mid-May onwards: all three episodes of the TLT theater series Meine geniale Freundin (My Brilliant Friend ) can then be experienced in one evening – great cinema on the TLT's most intimate theater stage. The reunion with friends Lila and Elena immerses the audience in the story of an epic friendship between biting rivalry and deep affection from childhood to old age.

Since the 23/24 season, each season has featured a part of the Neapolitan saga of great emotions, which spans six decades in the novel. Three different directors brought the series to the stage of the [K2] over three years, with two different actresses from the ensemble taking on the roles of the two friends in each part. Now it's time to revisit the whole story with everyone involved. Each production lasts around an hour—two intermissions after the first and second parts of this Italophile series evening offer an opportunity to internalize the theater experience in lively conversation over a glass of Prosecco.
