Ungeheuer Anders by Madeleine Weiler Monster Anders' real name is "Hieronimy X", but everyone calls him "Anders". He got this name because the other monsters simply don't scare him. "Anders" always has to laugh terribly when they try to scare him with their old methods. What does it actually take for a monster to be scary? Anders ponders this feverishly. After his own failed attempts and dealing with the scary methods of his dear aunt, his grandad and his know-it-all sister Henriette, "Anders" unexpectedly finds a friend with whom "being scary" can be a lot of fun! The play deals with the topic of "fear" in a humorous way.
