Welcome to the fascinating world of (in)visible microorganisms that ensure biodiversity, healthy soil and healthy food. No pizza or bread without yeast, no yoghurt without lactobacilli.
In this hands-on workshop, we take a close look at these tiny superheroes and recognize the connections between nutrition, agriculture and climate.
Playful and creative research with the experts from klasse!forschung is the focus of this vacation workshop for children aged 8 - 12.
