Right next to the Zeughaus, the hertl.architekten and reitter_architekten consortium realized a residential building for NEUE HEIMAT TIROL and Austrian Real Estate GmbH. The project, which was found through a competition, attempts to respond to the existing heterogeneous development around the historic Vierkanter in an orderly manner and to clearly define the park along the Sill. The architects will present this residential building, which will be completed in 2023, at an "on-site" discussion.
