After work showing of the current exhibition

As part of the supporting program for the "About Tourism" exhibition, renowned Swiss landscape architect Günther Vogt will give a lecture on the past and future of Alpine landscapes. He will cover the beginnings of tourism in the Alps in the 18th century, the increasing development of remote valleys and heights in the 19th century and the present day, when climate change is causing the familiar images of Alpine tourism to falter.
