Workshop for children and adults: Fueled through the day with snacks

This interactive workshop is all about snacks—colorful, healthy, and made with regional, seasonal ingredients. Based on nutritional recommendations and lots of practical experience, you will learn interesting facts about balanced snacks.
The focus is on practical work! Adults and children work together at different stations to prepare simple, creative recipes, which can then be tasted and taken home.
