Baking course – hand-made strudel

In this course, seminar farmer Adelheid Gschösser shows you how to prepare delicious strudel creations – from curd cheese and sour cream strudel to variations such as pumpkin strudel, pear strudel and much more.

Adelheid focuses on the freshness and quality of regional products in her strudels: the fruit fillings come from local farms and the strudel dough is made in the traditional way – with ingredients sourced directly from the Tyrolean region. You will learn how versatile Tyrolean products can be in sweet and savoury strudels.

In this course, you will not only learn how to prepare the perfect strudel dough, but also how to conjure up creative fillings using the best seasonal fruits and herbs from the region.
