In this special course, seminar farmer Johanna Strasser will show you how to prepare traditional and autumnal delicacies with regional ingredients. Look forward to a festive menu with game ragout (venison/deer), which impresses with fresh herbs from the region. Johanna also serves chestnut red cabbage, pumpkin spaetzle and a selection of seasonal vegetables - all prepared with products sourced directly from Tyrolean agriculture.
