Culinary cooking course through the Alps

Schlutzkrapfen are a real highlight of Tyrolean cuisine and can be found on the menus of many restaurants and alpine huts.

In this course, you will delve into the history of Tyrolean food culture and learn all about the origins and development of Schlutzkrapfen. After an exciting introduction, we'll get down to business: we'll knead the dough, prepare the filling and learn the perfect technique for rolling, shaping and filling. Finally, we'll enjoy our homemade ‘Schlutzer’ during a cosy dinner together.
