Do you love wines from Austria?
Discover Austria's wine world in detail, glass by glass, with the country's most important grape varieties, wine regions and winegrowers.
In this course, you will learn about the most important grape varieties from Austria and what makes Austrian wines and the wine country special.
Using six selected Austrian wines, you will learn and taste which grape varieties, the work in the vineyard and in the wine cellar produce certain aromas and typical character traits.
In addition to the federal states with their typical wines, we will also look at the autochthonous grape varieties (meaning indigenous), the history of Austrian viticulture and the often unusual approach to viticulture according to the Austrian mentality.
