Women Bird - Women's Run

Women Only. Side by side. Every Tuesday.
Our running training includes a varied warm-up and cool-down, as well as 5–8 km of diverse training. Whether it’s an easy steady run, speed workouts, or interval training – each session is varied and fun. Together, we focus on enjoying movement and further developing your running skills. You will be coached by an experienced female running coach. The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced runners, and the level is individually adapted in each session so that every participant can keep up.
